RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dazzle Space, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement according to the conditions below.

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with tags, accessories, and invoice included

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order Number
  2. Share pictures/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. The product must be returned in proper condition

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on payment method
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for eligible items depending on stock availability.
